Luján Applauds Nomination of Former Congresswoman Torres Small as USDA Under Secretary for Rural Development

Washington, D.C. – U.S. Senator Ben Ray Luján (D-N.M.) applauded President Biden’s nomination of former Congresswoman Xochitl Torres Small to serve as Under Secretary for Rural Development at the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).
